COVID UPDATE

After the Government’s announcement of another 4 week lockdown, as of today, 5th November, we are tightening our social distancing measures within our practice.

We will remain open, Monday to Friday 9am – 10pm, Saturday and Sunday, 9am – 5pm as we are considered as an essential business.

To keep all our staff and all our clients safe, therefore ensuring we can stay open, we are asking for our client’s co-operation upholding these measures:

• Please do not attend the surgery if you are showing any symptoms of Coronavirus or are self-isolating please do not attend the surgery. Please call to speak to one of the team for advice

• When attending your appointment, we request 1 client per pet only inside the surgery.

• We are restricting the number of clients we have in the building at any one time. (1 client in the waiting area, and 1 client behind the barrier). All other clients, please inform us of your arrival so we can mark you as waiting. Please wait in your car or outside until there is space to safely to come in the building or you are requested to come in by a member of staff.

ALL CLIENTS MUST WEAR A FACE MASK. If you are exempt, please be clearly wearing your lanyard. If you do not have a lanyard you will be asked to wait outside. If you do not have a face mask, you can buy a disposable mask from us for a small charge, or alternatively wait outside.

• Due to the size of the Consultation Rooms, social distancing is restricted, therefore, you will not be permitted to go in with your pet for their appointment. If the vet/nurse has any concerns, they will come and speak to you.

• If you are collecting any medications or flea and worm treatment, please call us first so that we can have it ready for you on your arrival.

Thank you for your support and understanding during this extended difficult time. We appreciate this is hard for all of us, whilst continuing uphold the best care for you and your pets.
